We keep your form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your injury or treatment answers, and we never share them with advertising services.
Calls and text messages
Our forms include an optional box that lets Crash Settlement Now and its participating legal partners call or text you about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Ticking it is not a condition of any purchase or service, and your form is sent either way. We keep a record of the exact wording you saw, whether you ticked the box, when, and the page you were on. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or by calling us at (770) 615-8044.
Injury and treatment details
Your injury and treatment answers are stored encrypted. No advertising pixel or tag runs on the pages where you enter them. Where state law requires it (for example in Washington), we ask for your separate consent before collecting these details and before sharing them with participating legal partners.
How we measure this site
We use Amplitive Site Intelligence, acting as our processor, to understand how people find and use this site. It records the pages you visit, the link, ad or post that brought you here, your device and browser type, your approximate location, the organisation associated with your network address, and the details you enter in a form when you submit it.
The choices you are offered depend on where you are. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before any analytics, organisation identification or advertising cookies are used, and can accept, reject or customise them. Visitors in the United States can turn off advertising and organisation identification at any time with the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of every page.
